This Halloween, Lakeshore Family Dentistry at 7155 North Port Washington Road is encouraging young 2013 trick-or-treaters in the Glendale area to trade in their hard and sticky Halloween candy. It’s the hard, sticky and chewy candy that hurts teeth the most as it gets stuck into the pits and grooves of teeth.
Examples of hard or sticky chew candy include: jawbreakers, gum balls, Jolly Ranchers, suckers, Starburst, Tootsie Rolls, candy corn, caramels and peanut butter kisses.
In return, a ticket will be given for a chance to win one of four $25 family movie packs at Fox-Bay Cinema Grill if kids trade in their sticky candy at Lakeshore Family Dentistry’s office. Each child will also be able to pick from Lakeshore Family Dentistry’s treasure box. All candy collected will be donated to military troops.
Lakeshore Family Dentistry will collect the candy from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29. This is the Tuesday after Glendale community’s trick-or-treating, which takes place on Sunday, October 27 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
The Lakeshore Family Dentistry office is located at 7155 North Port Washington Road in Glendale, Wisconsin. If you have questions, please call 414.352.1600.
Have a safe, teeth-friendly Happy Halloween everyone!
